TerraDT contributes to Destination Earth (DestinE) by developing advanced digital twin components focused on the cryosphere, land surface and related interactions. The synergy is both technical and strategic: TerraDT’s high-resolution modelling capabilities and emulators are designed to integrate with and strengthen the DestinE Climate Adaptation Digital Twin. Collaboration takes place through alignment workshops, technical exchanges and joint participation in ecosystem events, ensuring interoperability, scalability and long-term sustainability within the broader European digital twin infrastructure.
